By accessing our property, website, or booking channels you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to any house rules posted on site. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be submitted first by written notice. If unresolved within thirty days, exclusive jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

• A valid government photo ID is required for every guest at check-in or entry.
• Minimum age to book or enter without a supervising adult is eighteen.
• Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• The resort is alcohol-free. Possession or consumption of alcohol anywhere on property is prohibited.
• Pets are not permitted in any area of the resort.
• Quiet hours run from 10 pm to 7 am.
• Prohibited items include firearms, alcohol, outside food or beverages, and hookah or shisha equipment.
• Damage to property or loss of resort equipment is billed after inspection; the resort’s assessment is final.

Check-in: 12 pm

Check-out: 10 am

Early or late: Subject to availability; additional fees may apply

Payment: 100 percent pre-payment at the time of booking

Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled seven days or more before arrival; no refund thereafter

Occupancy: Maximum three occupants per room, including children

Housekeeping: Daily service on request; linen changed every two days

Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside rooms; deep clean fee INR 5000 applies

Identification: All guests must present valid ID at check-in

• Sailor: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Sailor 2: 12 pm – 6 pm
• Rider: 8:30 am – 6 pm
• Skywalker: 12 pm – 10 pm
• Striker: 8:30 am – 10 pm
• Moon Rider: 4 pm – 10 pm

Meals and listed sports activities are included. Adventure Park rides and Discotheque access, are charged separately. The Den Area is reserved for in-house room guests only.

Wristbands issued at entry must be worn at all times.

Outside food or beverages are not allowed.

Packages are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

Children 0–5 years are complimentary. Children 5–10 years are charged at 60 percent of the package price.

Swimming costumes may be hired for INR 100 with a refundable security deposit of INR 500. Towels are not provided.

Complimentary sports gear is issued against a refundable INR 500 dep

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the resort is not liable for loss or theft.

Speakers and microphones are not provided for picnic bookings.

• Height and weight limits apply to each attraction; consult staff before purchasing tickets.
• Safety equipment is mandatory and provided at no extra cost. Lost gear is chargeable.
• The park closes during rain or adverse weather with no refund or partial credit.
• A liability waiver must be signed online or at the ticket desk before participation.
• Casual attire with track pants or similar and closed sports shoes is required.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable even if a guest chooses to skip a ride.
• The Inflatable Park is normally available on weekends and public holidays; confirm availability with reception before booking.

Walk-ins and reservations are both accepted.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

The restaurant is 100 percent vegetarian and does not levy a service charge.

Preparation time is approximately twenty to thirty minutes as dishes are cooked fresh.

Guests with allergies must inform staff; we will assist but cannot guarantee zero cross-contact.

Takeaway boxes are available on request.

A fixed decorator must be used for venue styling.

Catering may be provided by the resort or an approved external caterer. External catering incurs a kitchen rental charge.

Event deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation windows are detailed in each banquet contract.

Sound levels must comply with local regulations; music curfew aligns with quiet hours.

Accepted methods: UPI, major credit and debit cards, cash, and bank transfer.

A two-percent surcharge applies to international cards, including AMEX.

Rates are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

We may cancel or interrupt services due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government orders, or pandemics.

In such cases we will offer date changes or credit notes at our discretion; cash refunds are not guaranteed.

All text, images, and design elements on our website and marketing materials are owned by Anmol Recreation Services Private Limited or used with permission.

Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

We may update these Terms and Conditions or modify services at any time.

The revised version becomes effective once posted on our website.

Continued use of the property or online services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Personal data is handled in line with our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
