Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in / late check-out: Available on request, subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Reservation & Registration
- Minimum age to check-in: 18 years
- Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Full advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, depending on the offer or rate plan.
Children & Extra Guests
- Children under 6 years stay complimentary (without an extra bed).
- Extra mattress or bed available on request at applicable charges.
- Maximum occupancy depends on room type and layout.

- Cash (as per government regulations)
Cancellation & No-Show
- Cancellation policies vary as per rate plans and promotions.
- In case of a no-show, the full booking amount may be charged.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
Smoking Policy
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
- Designated outdoor smoking zones are available.
- A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
Damage & Conduct
- Guests will be held liable for any intentional or accidental damage to resort property.
- The management reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct or behavior that disturbs other guests.
Visitor Policy
- Visitors are allowed during the day with prior approval.
- Overnight stays for unregistered visitors are not permitted.
Right to Admission Reserved
The resort reserves the right to refuse check-in or terminate stay in the event of non-compliance with the above policies.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Day Picnic Bookings
- All day picnic bookings are non-refundable, regardless of notice period.
- Guests are allowed to reschedule their visit once, provided the request is made at least 3 days in advance, and is subject to availability.
- Rescheduled bookings must be used within 60 days of the original booking date.
- No-show bookings or same-day cancellation requests will be forfeited without exception.
Room Bookings
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund (after deduction of payment gateway fees).
- Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before check-in: 50% refund (after deduction of payment gateway fees).
- Cancellations made within 6 days of check-in or on the same day: no refund.
- No-shows will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days, after deducting applicable payment gateway fees.
Adventure Park Bookings
- Cancellations made 5 days or more before the visit: 100% refund (after deducting payment gateway fees).
- Cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior: 50% refund (after deducting payment gateway fees).
- Cancellations made within 24 hours or same-day bookings: no refund.
- In case of weather-related or technical cancellations by the resort, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
- If a guest is unable to participate in an activity due to not meeting age, height, weight, or health restrictions as mentioned on our website, no refund will be provided for that activity.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused activities within a purchased combo.
